If you have been charged with a crime, you are in a difficult situation. You need the assistance of an experienced criminal defense attorney.
Facing criminal charges is a serious matter with possible consequences including jail time, a criminal record, fines, loss of employment opportunities and more.
Therefore, it is often in your best interest to find and hire an experienced and well-qualified defense attorney to assist you.
The U.S. Constitution guarantees you the right to counsel, however you are only entitled to an appointed attorney if you are truly indigent.
It is important to hire a defense attorney who can assist you through the legal process, explain in detail your rights and options, and vigorously defend your case.
It is best to hire a lawyer as soon as possible after you have been accused of a crime to safeguard evidence and to protect your rights.
We offer payment plans
I will discuss payment plan options with you. I will assist you in reaching a billing plan that includes one flat fee for your case.
I will make sure you understand all terms of the contract should you desire to hire me.
When choosing an attorney, experience and trust are the most important things.
I offer a free consultation
I offer free to discuss your legal options and help you decide if hiring me is a good fit for you. I also offer the consultation via a video chat or phone call.
I will give you a free quote
Cost should not be the sole factor in choosing the right attorney. Sometimes lawyers quote a low fee, however they may not have the experience and qualifications you need.
